“January Up North” is my first multi-layered vessel with handpainted trees on several layers of glass. The layering gives the image depth. Designing “in the round” has been a fun a challenging detail to add to my work. This bowl is 6.5” in diameter and 5.75” tall. The bowl is fused, kiln formed, cold-worked. The pieces had been sandblasted.
