Shipping + Returns
Each piece of artwork will be packed in many layers of bubble wrap, paper and (possibly) packing peanuts inside a heavy-duty box. Great care is taken to ensure items arrive safely. Artwork that is damaged will be replaced.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. The exact shipping date will be emailed to you. If a package is not delivered in the time frame estimated, please contact us so that tracking can begin. Make sure that we are shipping your order to a secure location. We cannot take responsibility for stolen packages.
Any piece of artwork that is damaged in transit will be replaced with a similar item of equal value. We may not be able to repeat the creation of every piece exactly. Please notify us at 828-280-3944 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 business day of receipt. Take several photos of the box including the outside of the box showing the postage paid and insurance, the packaging and the items inside and email them. After taking the photos, please save all packing materials and the damaged items. The USPS may request the items returned to your local Post Office.
If you are unhappy with the items that you receive, please contact me within 10 business days to arrange for a refund (less shipping) or exchange. All items must be returned in good condition, and in original packaging in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Credit will be refunded upon safe receipt of returned items less a 10% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for damage in return transit.
In the event of a return or exchange, shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. After a 10-day grace period from delivery date, all sales are final.
In the event of a stolen package, refunds will not be provided.
If the pieces you order are not in stock, I will e-mail you with the approximate delivery date. Remember that each piece is made one at a time, by hand. It may take several months depending on my schedule and what is ahead of you. If you need it by a certain date, let me know when you order and we will do our best to get it to you by then.
